Psoriasis Help Dr sameer can you please give me any advice

i have been suffering from psoriasis from past 15 years. i have got white scale red patches on stomach, the back, on shoulders ,legs, skull and on arms.

iam very healthy man and im not on any medication.

Few days ago one of my friend told me to get sulphur. i got sulphur 200 in liquid form and i dnot know what dose to take and how and for how long.
And can you please assist me if thats right or any other medication is required to get rid of the psoriasis.
Any help will be much appreciated thanks
