Fertility, fallopian tube scars/adhesions

Hi I am 34yrs old and have a multitude of health issues. The reason I am posting is fertility issues/scarring adhesions. I have had 2 tubal pregnancies, the second resulted in a portion of the right tube removed. I had endo (not alot according to surgeon) removed as well. During endo surgery HSG was done on left tube. Dr. said the dye did get through, but there was scar tissue/adhesions and that I would probably never get pregnant naturally to seek IVF. Her prediction so far has been true which is heartbreaking to me as I can't afford IVF. I have pelvic pain at times, sometimes durring BM, sometimes during sex but not aweful. I also have PCOS and IR which I am treating medically and herbally. I think even if I am able to ovulate now with my 1 tube having blockage I fear that I will not be able to conceive. Please advise me of what will help break up the scar tissue and adhesions in the pelvic area. I have also had a cyst removed, and a leep proceedure done on cervix (when I was 16). I am desperate to be a mother and would do anything possible to clear the one tube I have left. Please advise, thank you in advance. I want to clarify to all when I had surgery for mild endo (my last pelvic surgery) that's when dye test was done on remaining tube-dye went through but there was some blockage. All other pelvic traumas, sugeries and tubal pregnancies happened before this time.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please type Endometriosis into the Search Box on this page and read the many case I have helped on the ABC Forum to stabilize Endometriosis, Chocolate Cysts and Heavy Bleeding.

You may come across 2 cases where the patients have confirmed that they were blessed with pregnancies after many years of waiting but one was unfortunately terminated after many years of waiting as it was an Ectopic Pregnancy similar to the 2 tubal pregnancies you have endured.

The remedies that I have prescribed are as follows:

Edometriosis and Chocolate Cysts

Bellis Perennis 30c
Arnica 30c

Both remedies to be taken twice daily in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

My therapy will however ensure that your Chocolate Cysts will not recur but it seems to me that major damage has already been done by the many surgical procedures that you have been subjected to.

On the basis of your description of your case I regret to inform you that your chances of having a baby are remote other than with IVF.

I'm sure I may be confused, but I was never told I had chocolate cysts. I haven't heard of that before. could you clarify what that is. Thank you very much for your detailed reply. I have added a clarification to my post at the end if you happen to get time to answer me back. Thanks again

'I have also had a cyst removed,'

These Cysts are filled with a Chocolate coloured substance hence the name.

Belllis P has the incredible ability to reduce and prevent CC's from occurring which medicine does not know anything about.
