I am myself posting my sisters case for you as she is very new to homeopathy and is not having much idea how to go about symptoms details. Please see if you can start her treatment from this much info else I will pull her in to describe more. Symptoms are following:

Age:27/ Female

1. Hard cysts/ boils in all the covered areas like arm pits, breast, beneath the breast, pubic area etc. Its not that they are there all the time but they are recurring often. Right now she is having two big hard cysts one in pubic area and one beneath the breast. Both are extremely painful. So first I would request to suggest something specifically for this symptom for timely relief before starting her constitutional treatment.

2. Also occasional acne on face, back and shoulders, aggrevated by hot weather. She has a very dry skin and face looks dull and summers. Body temp is generally high.

3. Constant cough on and off for many years. Right now having a cough for more than a month. Few remedies do benefit her but nothing cures completely.

3. Sneezing and running nose in the morning. At times it would continue for an hour. She was diagnosed with deviated septum. Dust and change in season aggravate her symptoms

Remedies taken in the past: 1. myrista 30 and 200 two doses
2. Natrum Mur 30 and 200 few doses
3. sulphur 200 two doses
4. Arsenic Album 30 three doses for upset stomache
5. Bryonia/ kali bich/ antimonium tart/ ipecac all for cough
6. Hystaminum 30 c for allergy/ running nose and it helped a lot

Mind symptoms:
She is very outgoing and independent girl. She is having very bad temper which makes her go out of control (i would say even violent coz she throws things, bangs the door and keeps shouting). She is extremely emotional and cries on small issues. She loves her family (parents/ siblings a lot)but she feels deprived of love and affection and is a bit jealous of others getting more importance and affection. She is not determined at all and never sticks to her resolutions She is lazy and laid back and seldom involves herself in household chores. With her friends her personality is entirely different. She is extremely cordial to friends and outsiders but at home she is different. She loves going out and enjoys good food.

Adjectives which describe her best are easily offended ,Arguing,Lazy,Arrogant, short tempered, not much sympathetic (she has written mental note herself and choosen all these adjectives herself).

She feels excited during a thunderstorm. Doesn't like being consoled. Sensitive to smell. Crazy for food (thats why a bit plump) loves rich food like non veg/sweets etc.

Thirst is a bit less
Hunger is normal
Sweat is less and have body odour problem

Diseases running in the family are acne/ cold/ joints pain/ tuberculosis

Menstrual symptoms:

Cycle is a bit long but regular (33-35 days cycle). Periods last for 5-6 days. No discomfort except sometimes cramps in legs. Flow is normal red with some clots

I shall be thankful to you for advising me a proper treatment for her but for now advise for her boils/ cysts. Then later on you may start her constitutional treatment.
