If a patient is on the simillimum they never need to ask if it is good, they know it. Their focus on their disease vanishes, all the wind goes out of it so to speak. They forget about their suffering, it becomes unimportant to them.
If you begin focussing on single parts of your disease instead, then no, you are probably not on the right remedy. Perhaps it is close, perhaps it is palliating you, no way to tell. Only by looking at the whole case, and examining in detail the reaction, can a practitioner know for sure.
Constantly asking for help would again imply to me that you are still sick, that something basic is not being cured.
