When did he take the remedy? What exactly is happening? How old is he? Does he have skin issues?
Antidoting is done on the basis of the symptoms, it is not done mechanically. Throwing more remedies at people who have already been made sick risks you making them even worse. You take the case, new and old symptoms together.
Aggravations will usually wear off on their own, and it is not necessary to do anthing unless the patient's life or health is at serious risk.
I have found that until the aggravation wears off, things like drinking strong coffee can help.
