This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take homeopathic Nitric acid 200c. Take 2 pills/drops thrice daily for next 2 days and report about the changes. With any of the dose if significant improvement or worsening is noticed, stop with that dose and report.

Use Pine or Cypress oil family for massage to improve circulation....only gentle massage shall be used. The application must be warm but NOT hot. The above said essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil.

Some nutrition tips:

Take drinks warm but not hot and avoid alcohol as it inhibits circulation

Take some cayenne pepper to improve blood circulation.

Have a well-balanced diet with proteins and minerals to rebuild new tissue.

Eat foods rich in vitamin C for speed healing or if consumed as supplement then 1,000-3,000 mg per day with bioflavonoids.

Additionally Niacin, 500 mg three times daily is also helpful.

To Maheeru

Please pardon me for coming into this case of Frostbite. I am doing so as this patient has lost his circulation in his toes due to the freezing of the blood vessels.

I note that you have prescribed Nitric Acid 200 but I feel that Arnica 200c in the Wet dose taken every 2 hours may help him better. This remedy will ensure that his blocked blood vessels will be opened and also the tissue repaired internally to prevent what he fears, amputation of his toes.

I would also suggest that his toes are massaged as often as is possible with some warm oil to promote the circulation of blood into the tissues.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
