recurring blister on tongue

i have a recurring blood blister on my tongue. have consulted dr. and dermatologist. the best answer they have come up with is that i chew on my tongue. this, however, is not really on a place where i could easily chew on it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
where on your tongue is this blister and how long have you had this problem?
have you any teeth, ear or stomach problems.
what is your age? are you male or female?

this is almost in the middle of my tongue, not very close to any specific taste buds. I am 26, female, and have had this problem off and on for 4 years. It never goes completely away, but it does get considerably smaller. I have ulcers, occasional bouts of gingivitis, and I have a problem with my left ear, caused by my violent ex-husband. I think it may be stress-related, but not too sure.

we need more informaiton about your ulcers and gingivitis - how often, where, what like??? Pls also describe yourself, how different weathers affect you and whether you are affected badly by certain foods/atmospheres/social situations. Are you a loner or do you like company?? are you normally hot or cold?
when describing your mouth symptoms be sure to describe your saliva - i.e. a lot or little, any tastes???
I will be away for 3 or 4 days from tomorrow but if you post these symptoms someone else may be able to help you sooner and say if they need any more information.

autumn -b I'm having the same problem as you. I have two recurring sore on my tounge too, and not sure if it is a blood blister. Half the time it is pronounced that it is annoying, and the other times it is a bump I can barely feel. I almost want to bite it off, and maybe it will be gone for good. It has been there for about two years now. I was wondering if you ever had yours diagnosed?
