This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are many, many remedies that might suit this condition.

To choose a remedy, there are many things that would need to be determined.

1. Individualise each 'normal' symptom for the disorder ie. what is the feeling of being criticized, why do they hold back in relationships, what is the experience of doing things in the presence of others etc.

2. Go beyond the classifying symptoms into other aspects of the person's life, to create a more complete picture of the person. Discuss things like jealousy, anger, memory, concentration, sexual desire and so on.

3. Move outside of the realm of the psyche into the physical body, and understand what problems lie there. As a truly holistic therapy, homoeopathy needs to map out disturbance on all levels, since the vital energy does not just affect the mind. Many clues lie in the physical state.

4. Establish a history of the problem, an evolution from childhood through to today. It is important to understand when the problem first appeared, and what things stirred it up or made it worse, what kind of events seem to escalate it. This reveals the specific sensitivities of the person, and helps point to remedies.

Homoeopathy is all about personalizing the treatment, understanding the unique experience of the patient.
