Blocked Fallopian tubes and uterine fibroid
Patient's age is 35 years.She was diagnosed with fibroids 2years back when had miscarriage at around 5 months gestation.today's date USg says:
Uterus is anteverted.The anterior myometrium showing a large heterogeneously hypoechoic rounded lesion involving the body.The lesion measures 67.8x75.8x76.4 mm,volume 205.6 cc s/o fibroid.
Impression: Large intramural uterine Fibroid.
Hsg report:
both fallopian tubes are not visualised and do not show any evidence of free spill.
impression: Bilateral bloked fallopian tubes with normal uterine cavity.
Menatllu the patient is depressed for able to conceive.
Please help asap.

I regret to inform you that your patient must have surgery ASAP for her Fibroid. Homeopathy cannot help her.
Her surgeon will also correct the position of her Uterus and make the necessary adjustments to her Fallopian Tubes.
Please reassure her that it is most likely that she will be blessed with a baby after sugery.
