hair fall

i have been suffering with hair fall from the front portion of my head and the hair on the crown is also very thin .i consulted a doctor and she said the reason is androgenetic aopecia (early stage)and prescribed mhate with finepecia 1mg and minoxidil 5%.the thing that is alarming me is my dad has a full volume hair and even my paternal grand father but my maternal grand father is semi bald and he lost most of his hair in his 50,s how come this male pattern baldness hit me so early.is there any solution for my problem. i am 23 years old 5.10 ,78 kg,no major illness till date .i am loosing atleast 2oo hairs daily i have dandruff
