scarred cornea

My mother had treatment by an opthamologist in Georgia whereby he did many cuts to the cornea (some deep) to improve her vision. This caused so much scarring that she bascially can't see anything out of her left eye. She has been to Emory Medical in Atlanta and was told that in order to possible see anything out of the eye she would need a cornea transplant, but didn't really encourage her to do that. She is in her early 80's and other than her vision is in very good health with the exception of a little bit of osteoporosis. Is there anything she could take that would dissove the scar tissue, be reabsorbed by the body, and new tissue form in the place of the scar tissue.
Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Senega 30 daily in the morning and evening for 7 days

and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
