Pain in Lower Left Abdomen + Blackstools
I am getting occasional pain in the lower left abdomen constantly, withoout applying any pressure, and my stools are dark brown.Some of the symptoms include:
1. no schedule for the pain, comes and goes off at any time
2. inactivity of the bowel for any feeling to pass stools.
3. Dark stools
4. Tieredness on the lower half of the body including Tighs, calves and feet.
I am 30 years old.
