Remedy for overwork and exhaustion

Hi, My daughter, age 20, is going through a very stressful time at work. She has been working on a very big project for several weeks and I am concerned about her making it through to the end of it. She has a couple more weeks to go. She has had to plan a large event, including catering, decorating and giving presentations.

She is already exhausted and I was wondering if someone could advise me on what remedy I could give her to help support her through this time. I was wondering about a cell salt that would help replenish her energy and help her stay calm.

She is a very driven, very responsible person who always wants to do her best. Right now she is managing but I am concerned about her stress level and lack of sleep. She has a hard time falling asleep at night.

I know phosphoricum acidum helps with burn out but I don't know if that is the right remedy for her. She wouldn't have time to answer any questions on this forum so that's why I was wondering if someone knew of a general remedy for exhaustion and overwork or maybe suggest cell salts she could take.

Thanks very much,
ruth

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try the following:

- Kali phos 6x, 4 pills thrice a day
- Avena sativa 6c, 3 pills thice a day.

This should help her face this situation better.

Homoeopathy works best when a proper case is taken, and a single medicine prescribed on the whole case. Is it possible she would consider giving her case on the forum so that this can be done?

It definitely would be the ideal thing to do. But, there are cases when the patient doesn't have sufficient time for the same. In such cases, biochems and low potency specifics may provide the much-needed relief.
