This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It sounds like a spider bite, those symptoms are typical of that.

What makes the itching/pain better? What is she doing that makes her feet feel better? Anything noticeably make it worse?

I have seen spider bite reactions last for months, and sometimes they get worse as time goes on. This is when they need homoeopathy for it, because it has triggered a problem in their health that becomes chronic.

You would have to get a doctor to test for Lymes, we couldn't determine that here.

Need more symptoms. There is not one remedy for that - lots of them so what makes it better, what makes it worse, what does it feel like?

Also are there any other changes to health - sleep, energy, appetite - anything, that has occured around the same time or soon after.

Is there a chronic tendency to overreact to bites or injuries?
