This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I cannot prescribe that way. Homoeopathic prescriptions are made by way of the detailed and peculiar symptoms that an individual patient displays. We do not prescribe on the basis of disease names - in fact many times the name of the disease is irrelevent to prescribing (although important to prognosis and management).

Case-taking in homoeopathy is a lengthy process, where all sorts of information is gathered about the symptoms, diseases, lifestyle, mental state, habits and history of the patient. A practitioner may ask about sleep, appetite, physical energy, fears, anxieties, dreams, sensitivity to the weather - all sorts of things that may not appear connected to the main problem.

However they will also explore each problem in great depth, gathering at a minimum what makes it worse, what makes it better, when did it start, what triggers it into occurring, and what symptoms tend to appear with it. Each problem usually comes with a variety of pains or sensations which must be described minutely as well, so that the practitioner can understand what it is like for the patient.

Once we have enough information, we match that up to a single remedy, and prescribe it. If it is matched well enough, it will cure the problems you have.

So if you wish to give a full case here, I might be able to suggest remedies given the difficulty of not seeing the patient in person.
