tapping noise in head

Dear homeopathy experts:
i request some information about a homeopathic remedy for a man of about 50 who has a tapping noise in his head that only occurs when bending forward or stooping, which can sometimes also be heard by the people around him. This peculiar thing has started happpening only recently. He has had all the symptoms of an acute heart attack, only to be told that there is nothing wrong with him, has also had angioplasty.I cannot provide any other details.

Please give him three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 at a gap of 12 hours.

Then wait for 15 days, if there is no change give him Rhus Tox 200 in the same way.

Again wait for 15 days, if there is still no change give him three doses of Causticum 200 at a gap of 12 hours.

You may report back after that or at any time earlier.
