pls advised a remedy

my grandmother is having phlegm in chest which does not come out by coughing.she has dry cough.she is also have constipation stool is very hard which comes every 3 to 4 days.i gave bryonia 30 to her which did not effect then i give to her bryonia 200 and she only releived of cough.then i prescribed ANTIM TART 30 but phlegm in chest and constipation is still there.should i try antim tart 200 or bryonia 1m?? pls answer soon

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
- Bryonia is the right choice.

- Stick with 200 in wet doses for some days. Give 10 succussions before each repition. Repititions should be done every 4 hours for 3 days.

- Revert on her condition on the fourth day.
