Confidence and Social Anxiety/Avoidance

Hi, can anyone offer any help for the above conditions?

I am confident around people I know very well and am comfortable with. I'm even ok with some strangers who I don't feel intimidated by (eg shy) but I get nervous around groups of people. I tend to withdraw and not talk which makes me even more anxious as I'm aware of not talking. The worst situations for me are being in a group of people who are all talking and getting on well as I feel like an outsider who doesn't fit in. Especially if they already know eachother and I'm the new one. I would like to be more confident in all situations, not just those I feel comfortable in.

The lack of confidence has meade me avoid such situations in the past which has made it a habit. I am now trying to break this habit but would like some help from within if possible.

Also, if there is anything I could take to help with mild acne and moderate acne scars that would be great too.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. are you afraid of darkness?
2. which part of your body perspire much?
3. which taste you like in the food? (salt, sweet, pungent etc.)
4. can you tolerate a/c or air cooled rooms.
5. what do you do when you get angry?
just read the questions as to take them as suggestive but you give all your symptoms as you remember to cover all regions of the body so that a constitutional remedy can be suggested so as it help to contact your family homeopathy doctor. Ok.

Thanks for the reply.

1) I am a little scared of darkness in unfamiliar places but not to the extent I would call it a problem.

2) My underarms perspire a lot.

3) I like sweet tasting food

4) Yes I can tolerate a/c and air cooled rooms (I am usually quite hot compared to others).

5) I don't get angry often. If I do, it's usually when I am driving and I just get frustrated. In my personal life if I am annoyed I usually hold it in or get emotional/start to cry.

Other symptoms are acne on my face, excessive sweating and lethargy. Other than that I think I am pretty healthy and the problems I am facing are emotional.
