Bell's palsy with severe pain
I developed right side neck pain and ear pain over a week ago. Thought it was a spasm. A week ago I developed paralysis on the right side of my face which became severe over the next few days. The pain has become excruciating.Prior to this, I stopped my long term antibiotic treatment for neuroborreliosis. I was functional and wanted to try an herbal protocol. Lyme may or may not be the cause of this but my flare of symptoms beforehand make it a reasonable assumption. I also have at least two other tick borne diseases that I haven't been able to clear.
My mood is good overall but the pain is crippling and forcing me into bed which is making me angry. I am blaming myself for this. I am afraid that this will not fully resolve. No homeopaths are available to me here.
I read that Causticum 1M dose followed by arnica 30c is recommended? Please advise.

Bell';s Palsy has responded to Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily.
It should help your problem as it increases the flow of blood in the body and this should hopefully help you.
Follow the protocol to make the Wet dose below and report your response in a week.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
