unsteadiness - posting it again.. please respond

Hi,
I am 26 yr old and normal in terms of weight. I was diagnosed with high BP and hypothyroid (though doctors say I dont have any symptoms of hypothyroidism). Though my family has a history of high BP it was not early as my age... This was kind of a shock mainly becaue I am physically a very fit person. I have started taking medicines for BP and thyroid.

The main symptom is a feeling of unsteadiness in my head and that is more when I am walking or climbing stairs. It all started 7 months ago when I had viral fever when I was very tensed and upset. I cannot stop relating all this to that somehow. I used to think that this unsteadiness is due to BP but doesnt seem like it. I met a lot of doctors and they say it might be due to anxiety. I agree with them partially on this because when I take Ativan (supposedly an anxiety reliever), I feel better.
I had done all the tests and they are normal.

I am living in Bangalore. If anyone could suggest a good allopathy/homeopathy doctor, I'd really appreciate that.

Just to give more details about myself, i am male, working in bangalore, india.

for the past 3 yrs I had a very bad nausea and bloating problem (i got almost every test done but nothing came out). After avoiding milk and taking esomeprazole, I felt much better and now the nausea is completely gone but i feel bloating of the stomach once in a while.

Do you think all this is stress related? please explain.

thanks
