Help ! Kidney problem

Prior to this I have posted the problem of my child 8 years Renal Parenchymal disease bilateral, Cyst in Right kidney and right kidney small. The current DMSA and DTPA scan shows cortical imapired function. His critinine level is 4.7 and BUN 127. The allopath doctor's advised that transplant the kidney and no other treatment in allopathy. Kindly help me and suggest.

Plz start using Avena Sat to lower the S.Critinine level and Sebal Q to make his urine flow normal, For permanent cure it is a bit long process if u determined than pls inform detailed information of his external body symptoms and all body problems.
