This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
That is not a question that makes much sense from a homoeopathic perspective.

The only remedy that you should be using is the one that suits all the symptoms of your disease, including the general, historical, mental, and emotional ones. After that, either you will be on the path to cure and you would stick with the remedy, or it would become apparent that the remedy choice was not exact enough and a new one found on the basis of the symptoms that are still present.

Remedies do not automatically follow one another. The Law of Similars is the only guide to remedy selection in homoeopathy. The symptoms tell us what remedy to prescribe, so if Sepia did not cure you, the case would be retaken and a new medicine prescribed on your individual issues and problems.
