enlarged right tonsil

-enlarged right tonsil only.
-not inflamed, no spots.
-no fever, sore throat.
-started after vaccination.
-had it now for three months.
-now have a cough for two weeks; was dry at first, now is more phlegmy sounding.
-my daughter is aged 10 years old.
-have bought calcarea phosphate 9CH but how many should I give to her? The forum says to give morning and night but how many granules at a time? For how long? If it doesn't work, should I try Bryta Carb?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You should give her 5 granules twice a day for 2-3 days and stop.
If it doesn't help you should give her Silicea 30C in the same way.
