Pain in stomach

Hi Doctor,
Since last 2-3 years, I have been suffering from stomach pain. This pain arises when my stomach is empty.But if I eat something then I feel good. But again after digestion of food, I start feeling pain. I think this happens because of Gas stuck inside the stomach. And this pain revolves in my whole stomach,chest & lower abdomen. I have taken alopathy and ayurvedic medicines but not getting any permanent remedy.
Plz help me out.
