Regarding results of phytalocca berry with intake of other homeopathic medicines simultaneously.

Hello, I am very upset regarding a confusion that whether I should take Phytalocca Berry tab/Mother tincture with other Homeopathic medicines?
Actually, i am a patient of depression and obesity. My doctor prescribed me to have Bacoppa Moneirri 1x,Avena Sativa & Fucus Vesiculosus.But 1 day I just heard about Phytalocca Berry tab/M.T. for weight reduction So, apart from the above mentioned medicines I also started taking Phytalocca berry tab along with above mentioned 3 medicines.
So I wanna know that whether Phytalocca berry tab will show its positive results inspite of taking other medicines with it as well is there any side effect of taking these 4 medicines simultaneously?
Please solve my query,I'll be highly thankful to you .
