This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For whatever reason your second chakra is over stimulated. Maybe your were sexually abused, maybe you have been meditating and the energy has become stuck in that chakra. You're a young man so you'll have an enormous amount of sexual anergy anyway. Use a 200c dose of cocculus indicus. If you meditate, consult a teacher about moving the energy to the heart and throat enters.

I would actually suggest having your case taken before taking a remedy. Cocculus is not known for that specific disease expression, but the whole case must be examined to see exactly what remedy would best suit.

It is NOT appropriate for a counsellor to be suggesting to a patient they were sexually abused without any background information or putting such advice in the context of a proper counselling session. We cannot know what this situation is, cannot make a homoeopathic prescription so lightly (and should not). Homoeopathy is very powerful and needs to be respected.

Many remedies create tormenting sexual thoughts. What is the overall state here, the totality. This is what needs to be ascertained before making suggestions of remedies.
