umbilical hernia during pregnancy

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with my third child. I noticed an odd bruised feeling behind my umbilicus a few hours one day last week. Yesterday it came back. It was suggested to me that if I pushed on it to get relief it might be an umbilical hernia. Today I did push on it and actually felt a 'pop' as whatever internal tissue slid back into place. Unfortunately the location is at the top of my belly button so gravity seems to be working against me. It's rather small right now. Can anything be done to help? Thanks so very, very much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl take
1. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Calc Fluorica-12x 3 pallets 2 times a day
Keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2.
Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback.

Thank you so, so very much! I'll go out tomorrow and see if I can find this remedy locally (goodness I hope so!!).

Also, for the nux vomica 200 - it looks like where I am I should be able to get 200C or 200X. Suggestion as to which I should get if I can find both?

Where are you-Florida somewhere??

Heard there is someone down there
stealing manatee mailboxes!!

Nux is 200c. Cal Four at 12x can be ordered online along with the Nux vomica
200c-on the abc remedies shop.
hylands has the 12x and you have to
use one supplier so you can get both
from them. Takes about 3 days.

If you start having any pains or odd
things happening, stop the remedies
and write in bc that means you are
having an aggravation and they are
working but you don't take anymore
for awhile.

Simone717, LOL. Not in Florida. Just a long time manatee advocate. We have a small local shop that might carry these. I'm sure I can get the Nux, but not sure about the Cal Four. If I can't start today, I'll post back to explain the 2 week delay instead of just 10 days. I'm sooooo excited to have a remedy to try.

6 doses in. I have an itchy rash on my upper abdomen above the umbilicus. Could this be from the remedy?? I had been wearing a pregnancy belly band to help provide support so it *could* be that but the timing is better for right after the start of the homeopathy.....

It is not due to Homeo medicines. It may be due to your new pattern of cloths.

Good to know. I'm switching to a traditional method of wrapping today. So happy I can keep taking my remedies!!!

I wanted to give feedback. I took the remedies for 10 days. It's now been about 10 days since my last dose. Towards the end, I was getting nauseous with the nux vomica. I presume this was fully from the nux vomica since this pregnancy has not been accompanied by nausea on its own. I took this sign as a positive that the remedy was working.

My hernia is still there, but tissue seems to slip into it less often. When it does, it isn't as uncomfortable. So I would say that I am less symptomatic than before.

Should I try going back on the remedy? I meant to e-mail right away, but things got a little busy and I also wanted to see if the effects were lasting.

Pl change the pattern of medicine as follows

1. Calc Fluorica-200 6 pills 2 times a day (2 doses daily)
2. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills at bed time. (1 dose daily)

Take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback
