Fresh fruits and raw vegetables are more beneficial for our health and fitness as compare to cooked, fried, and fast foods. These fresh fruits and vegetables provide us all the necessary elements of healthy foods such as vitamins, protein, fiber, and carbohydrates. They improve our health and fight against a number of diseases.

Welcome to this forum, if possible, write down the names of vegitable/fruits and its benifts against desease, it will not only help all of us but also improve our knowledge. Hope you agree with my point.

Many people use a blender and then
put in green leafy vegetables, such as
spinach or kale, part of an apple, carrot,
berries, some lime or lemon juice, ginger
garlic, etc and then drink it before
breakfast. Some say drink half before
breakfast and half before lunch.

Either way you get many micro-
nutrients all in one go-and it returns
body to normal alkaline balance instead
of an acidic balance. Plus it is real food
and your body knows what to do with
it and it is an easy way to get the
vitamins, minerals etc you need
everyday in an efficient way.
