aplastic anemia.

can anyone suggest cure for aplastic anemia. we have tried allopathy ( cyclosporin ) but of no use. the RBC and platelets are coming down. blood transfusion is of not much use and it got to be done regularly.

What will be the remedy, if anemia probably happened by viral inrection followed by measeles vaccine? Vitamin B syrup, folic acid, iron polymaltose complex syrup all have still not able to show any results.
