Gall Stone Report after Operation

The Gall stone report of my mother says

GROSS EXAMINATION
Recieved a specimen of gallbladder measuring 7.0 cm long and 1.5 maximum diameter. Externally unremarkable. On cut section, wall thickness varies from 0.4-0.6cm. Mucosa is grey brown, flattened.Single combined stone recovered.
No cystic lymphnode identified.

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION
Gallbladder:- Mucosa is flattened. Lamina propria shows mild lymphomononuclear cell infiltrate. Perimuscular layer shows fibrosis.

IMPRESSION
Gallbladder:- Chronic cholecystitis with combined type cholelithiasis.

Can you please give a specification of the above report and kindly suggest some homeopathic medicines that are helpful.

And can you please tell me which gland is affected due to this.
Thank you
