information about homeopathic medicine

I am trying to learn about homeopathic medicine and wonder if someone can tell me if the homeopathic medicines have the same side effects as herbs. Is the homeopathic remedy Silicea the same as the herb Silica? What is the homeopathic Silicea made from? Hope someone can help me with these questions. Thank you, Jani1

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathic remedies do NOT have side effects .

Whay can happen is that problems covered up and buried by orthodox mdication may come to the surface again- briefly - on the road to cure.

The so called cures of orthodox medicine is simply the burying of symptoms.

Symptoms which are just a cry for help from the depths of being.

When you put a patch over the vent for an internal problem the pressure builds up and has to come out somewhere else.

This is why so many feel vaguely ill but cannot put a finger on it.

This site has a spelling problem -- Scilla maritima is a plant of the bluebell family.

Silica is silex, flint etc but they call it Silicea.

Homeopathic remedies have no proven beneficial effect whatsoever on people.

Kind regards

Jani1, a homeopathic remedy (other than a mother tincture) is potentized, so its action is not the same as a herb.
Silica is not a 'herb' anyway.
It is pure flint or quartz.

Thank you for the information. I have been told that Silicea 6X is very good at clearing up boils.

Silica is ONE of the remedies which acts well on boils etc. There are others too, and one of those might suit you better. Please read up Silica and see how it fits you before using it.
