reoccurring bartholin's gland abcess,please help
1. I have pain and swelling of my gland. Its soar and tender.2. It always occurs on the right side.
3. May have begun after sex.
4. Its worse when I sit and when I walk.
5. Feels better when I am lying down and when I use warm compresses.
6. Sleep pattern normal
7. I suppose I am generally sensitive
8. When this occurrs I feel emotional and weepy. When its over I have anxiety about it returning.
9. I like all foods.No foods seem to affect the abcess.
10. I had chlamydia once.
11. No reactions to medications.
12. I used silicea 30c the last time this occured. Not sure if I took it correctly. this has been the longest span of time without an occurance, 1yr and 9months. I was getting them quarterly and at times more frequently.
13. I always tend to have cold feet and hands. Can't think of any additional symptom.

I looked into my remedies found the causticum, but no merc. sol. I doubt I will be able to obtain it before it opens on is own.

I do not know where do you stay. In India all homeo medicines available very easily.
Meanwhile you can start Causticum-200 as suggested

I am in America, homeopathics aren't as commonly used. I may be able to find in the health food store 30c at the most Not sure if I am feeling well enough to go search for it.The pain is increasing and its getting larger. I think it may burst in a day or two.

Health food stores usually only have
Hylands Cell salts- the x potencies,
and 6 c's and 30'c's.

You have to follow the remedies
and the potency and the dosing
exact as RP says. This is complicated
prescribing- and you need to check
in as he says, and also update if
you are having any issues.

does is matter what size the pellets are? The causticum I have started, the granules are very small compared to the hylands formulas.
Also, what actions will these remedies have?
Will it come to ahead and burst as it always does, or will it drain in the way that the gland is supposed to function.
Also, is there anything that I should be aware of that may affect these remedies?

hello, me again. so the abcess has opened up, as it usually does. That brought great relief obviously. Shall I continue w/ the causticum and wait do the merc. sol.?
The causticum I have is in granules. I took six in the evening. Will this suffice?
I know the hylands's merc. sol. I am waiting for will be in pellets. Is this a problem.
I am sorry If you are sick of answering my questions, but I like to know what to expect. When you have a gland that is that is supposed to be the size of a pea, that becomes the size of a ducks's egg
(not to mention , in your crotch), it is excrutiating. you tend to want some answer's and know when you should expect relief.
