Migrane since 3 years
Hi,I am suffering from Migraine since last 3 years.
I have gone through few topics in the forum related to Migraine and started using NUX VOMICA 30 (One dose daily at bed time) since 1 month
But these days i am getting daily constant headache.
Generally the pain arises when i take coffee,eat brinjol curry, or less sleep.
But i am keeping away with all these and taving sleep of 6-7hrs as well.
I am 32 yr male, from India.
Generally the pain starts from right side of eye, then the entire head is effected including neck.
Kidnly Help!!

Hi,
Please stop using Nux Vomica. 1 month is a very long duration. Even if a remedy is correct, still it should not be used continuously for a month. Let me re-access your case. I will get back to you soon.

2- What is the actual location of pain, from where the pain originates?
3- Do you have sensitivity to light?
4- Any sensitivity to noise?

6- Any tupe of perspiration from hands, feet or any where else? Please explain in detail.
7- Pain increases or decreases with rest or motion??
8- What do you do to get relief from pain (other than medication)??

A. I get angry v.soon if things are not according to me.
2- What is the actual location of pain, from where the pain originates?

A. In summer, due to hot sun my eyes get strained/burning sensation then also pain starts.
4- Any sensitivity to noise?
A. YES Strongly, Perfumes are horrible for me. The moment i smell perfume/Etar then my day is gone with severe headache.
5- Do you feel your hands & feet are too hot or cold?
A. This summer i experienced burning sensation in palm and toes.
6- Any tupe of perspiration from hands, feet or any where else? Please explain in detail.

Avoid usage of perfumes & anything that aggravates your problems for a month or so.

Thanks for the great news that your headache is gone :). Please stop the two remedies now & get hold of the same remedies in higher potency i.e.
1- Sanguinaria Can-1000 (also called as Sanguinaria Can-1M)
2- IrisVer-1000 (Also called as Iris Ver-1M)
Don't take the two remedies yet, wait for 10 days. After the break of 10 days, Take 1 weekly dose of each of the two remedies for a month. But make sure to take each remedy on a different day of week. Dosage will be something like this:
Sunday: Sang-1000 (4 drops in half cup of water)
Monday: --
Tuesday: --
Wednesday: Iris-1000 (4 drops in half cup of water)

No it is nothing like that. Your mother is in trouble & you have every right to seek help from anyone you feel comfortable with. I am not hurt & neither I should be.
I studied her case & found that Kadwa chose the right remedies uptill now so I thought you should continue. Please follow the prescription of Kadwa & still if you don't see any improvement after taking Kali Phos then if you like & with the permission of Kadwa, I will take her case if you want me to handle her case.

My Sister is 23yrs old and she also has the same problem as mine. The only difference is for me the pain starts from right eye, but for her the pain starts from LEFT Eye and all other symtoms remains the same.
Please do let me know will the Remedy and dosage remains the same or differs.

Ok I can take her case, but why you did not try Kali Phos? I can't understand the reason for suggesting NUX. Any improvement seen after taking Nux?

Honestly speaking,i posted comments in one forum about my mother, there Mag Phos 30 was suggested for few weeks. After posting results, later there was a delay in reponse from other side. I dont know what to do, then due to frustation i started new topic, thereby Mr.Kadwa has suggested Kali Phos.
Until i see his comments, i got reply from last forum to take Nux Vomica.
I was confused to follow whom. It was my mistake to ask help in two different post, but because of delay in response i did this.
Then looking at my case,i was totally impressed by you and was seeking help for my Mother as well.
I do not see any improvement by using NUX Vomica.
