Pilonidal Sinus- Wound not healing- For NawazKhanh
Hello Dr. Nawaz Khan,My name is RaviNoor Singh. My Pilonidal cyst got diagnosed 3 months ago. Earlier it was a cyst at the tailbone. There was no infection, no drainage nothing. Then suddenly oneday some whitish puss started coming out from the upper right section near the midline. I went to see a surgeon. He recommended to drain the puss out by making a cut surgically and keeping it open. I went ahead with the process. After that he put me on antibiotics (Amoxycillin-825 mg for 7 days), the wound started healing up but suddenly after 2 weeks from the treatment, it burst and blood and little puss started coming out again. I again went to see the doctor, this time he gave antibiotics for 2 weeks. My antibiotics got over 2 weeks ago and the wound started drying up. But now again its started releasing white/yellow puss and blood. I dont want to see that doctor again. He never gave any ointment to apply on the wound just the dry gause bandage thats it. If i see him again he will recommend me a major surgery to remove the cyst all together. I have read your posts. I know you have helped many people and cured them with the power of Homeopathy. I would also like to be benefitted with your advice. Please show me a path forward.

i have gone thru previous posts for Pilonidal cyst discussions, one medicine which was mentioned numerous times, i.e. Silicea. Is it not applicable in my case?
Also as a home remedy, i am applying Turmeric(haldi) paste on the wound as its a natural antiseptic and a good binding agent. Is it advisable to keep on doing this?

i have the same problem of pilonidal sinus on the back bit left side of midline of buttocks from 3 year. its jst like a swallowed area. no wound at all. other everything is normal . pls help me to get rid from this . doctor told me

This is my scanning report result by doctor (ultrasound confirms that the palpable mass in the
intergluteal region and lower lumber spine is a mass hich would correspond
with a
pilonidal cyst. it measures appx 80 x 60 x 25mm ( 65mls ).
hypoechoic echoes are seen within it and more linear echogenic
fociconsistent with
aspect with fragments. the sinus extend towards the skin at the inferior
aspect with
a V- shaped appearance. there is no increased vascularity in the
surrounding tissues
to suggest infection and it is non tender.)

its just a sweeling area from 3 year.some time when i press it something like water
comes out. i think there is very small hole at the bottom of this .its not like pus bcause i can see that it is same like water not like pus.

i had just taken these two remedies for 4-5 weeks. and now from last week i mean from last tuesday i stopped to take these remedies. i have just taken silicea and supphur 200c . not any other remedied beside of these.
