Stuck weight and depressed!

Please can you recommend a remedy to help with my weight loss. I am stuck at 150 ibs even though I am watching carefully and eating healthily.
When I was living out of the UK I was prescribed a thyroid medication as I was told by several doctors I had an underactive thryroid. My UK doctor won't accept this as this is a long time condition and would mean a cost to our health system. So, I am sweating like I'm menopausal which I am not as I have had my ovaries and womb removed. I am drenched in the morning, have no energy and feel really down about it. I am 56. Please advise.

Fill out Kadwa's form for in depth look at you. But you can
also google- Iodine supplements for thyroid and blogs of
people saying what helps in regard to those.

they don't have tests to check the absorption of thyroid hormone-
You can take some online- hypothyroid symptoms tests-
Are you on some hormones at all/bc no ovaries etc etc
is same as menopause.

best,
