Weight Loss

Hi Dr Nawaz ji...

During my pregnancy and lactation period I have gained weight......
Now i want to loose weight. Mainly my weight accumulation area are tummy ,thighs and hips. Now I want to reduce the inches and weight....without having side effects of dieting(dark circles, dullness, sudden weight gain as soon as i stop dieting, weakness----which i have faced earlier when i did dieting) and medicines which have side effects.
As sir you know my rest of case history......from previous posts,, few bits of information are as follows:
-Weight gaining tendency runns in family....maternal side
-loves fried and tasty food--- completely vegetarian
-some people says i have low metabolism rate....how to increase it...i feel lethargic all the time....doesn't feel like working at all.....want to take some rest all the time....

thanks n regards

Hi,

Please get hold of Phytolacca Decandra 1X and Avena Sativa 6x asap.

Many prayers for you and the kids.

Also, list all remedies at home?
