sex power and penis enlargment

Dear doctors.

My ageis 24 years
I have these problems
1)I start mastrubating when I was 16
2)Pennis is very thin and lless than 5 inch
3)When pennis is exited I discharge very soon maximum 1 minute or less than that

I request all doctors plz suggest me proper medicine to increase my 'SEX POWER' and my pennis become stronger and longer.
Plz doctors I am maRried and I have many problems with this I am very worried about it plz plzz plz plz I can not concentrate to anything becoz of this problems plz doctors help me plz plz plz plz plz
