low hdl of 27

I am 71 years old; healthy; do not smoke, drink,; I do exercises, walk briskly 4 kms daily; take one tea spoon of flax seed powder and one tea spoon of groundmethi seeds.Still my HDL has fallen from 38 to 27 since two and half years.

My LDL and Total Cholesterol are within limits, although Tryglicerides are 202, marginaly high.

I take a mild blood thinner; one zyloric tablet to control uric acid and ayurvedic medicine decoctions + tablets once a day for rhemutoid arthritis, which is well under control.

Can some good Homeopathic doctor suggest the best Homeopathic medicine to effectively raise HDL (the good cholesterol)
