Excess Weight problem
Hello Dr Nawaz jiI have gained weight during my pregnancy and lactation period.....earlier i used to weight 56 kgs and now i weight 65 kgs....as I have stopped feeding my kid now please help me in loosing the excess weight.
While loosing weight i do not want to do extreme diet...(because once i stop dieting my weight will again shoot up) or use any medicine with side effects...as it will effect me in long run.....
Sir as you know my case history, I want to give you some additional information:
--problem area thighs,tummy and hips and chest
--genetically i have a bulky body and tendency to gain weight....from my mother's side.... she is too heavy, weighs around 90kg...she also want to loose weight.:)
--Some people says i have low metabolism rate....Iam lethargic all the time...donot want to work form inside....how can i increase my metabolism rate permanently?
--My menstrual cycle is quite regular...1st day less bleeding, 2nd day very very heavy bleeding with shooting pain..(dr said iam low in calcium) 3rd day normal bleeding after that bleeding reduces by it self, but spotting is continued till 7-8 days
--get irritated very easily....very short tempered, kids make me loose my temper easily-----want to change this short tempered nature
-mental state: happy with 2 kids....but get irritated when things donot go according to me....
please let me know of any additional information is required.

now i can medicine from market as prescribed by you bec we have shifted....
how shall i take the above medicine.....
and one more thing i want to mention you about my self is.... i just feel like eating and eating with hunger or without hunger....this is a big problem for my weight gain....

Hello sir ,

First my baby wasnt well then me, my motherinlaw and my husband has dengu.... Mine was the worst one....
So I was admitted to the hospital.... In the men time kids had fever again....
Didn't know how to manage
And after recovering from dengu, I was caught by fever again
Now Ian doin fine now.....
So thought of writting to you and then start working again on my weight loss program
Please advise me shall I start doin again the weight loss program....

and i wish to loose 15-20 kgs and be 50 kgs atleast.
There is no other mental or physical issue rt now.....
Iam taking no other remedies rt now and sometimes I take multivitamin and fish oil capsule for my eye health.
rt now I have all the general remedies at home like pulse 30, belldona, bryonia...
and what ever you recommend i can get it from market.

There is no other mental issue rt now..... but there is back pain goin on for 15-20 days..when i lift things it increases... but it is not continuous
