Sore Glans

Hi!

I was hoping someone here might be able to recommend something for an issue I've been experiencing for over a year now.

It started with a burning sensation around the rim of my penis glans. It was very sensitive to touch and I'm not sure if I'm past the inflammation phase or not but now it' seems like the rim is more pronounced and my glans in general feel separate from the rest of the penis. My spongiosum is also flat near the head and my glans don't fill up with an erection.
I'm otherwise very healthy, eat well, exercise etc.

Is there something topical I can use to either take down any swelling of the glans. I really feel like I need something to contract it back with the rest of the penis. On a related issue I also have Peyronnie's and a varicocele. Urologists have only prescribed vitamin E and pills for circulation...both of which haven't helped.

Needless to say this has become quite troublesome and stressful and I would really appreciate any comments or recommendations on this issue. By the way I'm a 27 year old male.
