Dr. Nawaz and your team my mistake so i creat mis undastaing for my cases. I send first case in pcod and i was started medicine according your advise and i will take follow up after 1 mth so i will you reply after mth for this case. After i send second case in aortic stenosis but you can not give reply and developed mis undastuded. So ple give me help for this case i wait for your ans. And third case give you undiagnosed patient and i started according medicine and follow up come after 15 days so i will you give rely after .5 days. Now i was allereredy send 2 or 3 times my important case for aortic stenosis and with 2d echo report send so ple give me suggest according medicine. Thanks
