Ars-Alb and other heavy metal dilutions

Can Ars-Alb and other metal dilutions like Argentum, Aurum, etc. be taken over a long period of time. Would they have any negative impact on health?

Thanks for your msg. My homeopath told me not to call her for a month and to continue the medicines. She thinks I am going back to her too often with symptoms lingering etc..
