Long Stomach Bug

My 8 year old has been sick with a stomach bug for 3 days. He started off Sunday night with sharp pain in the middle of his stomach. I gave him some nux vom 30c, but it didn't seem to help. It got increasingly worse until he vomited, and then he felt a little better. He slept that night and the next morning said his stomach hurt only a little. So all that day (yesterday), he was able to do sips of peppermint tea. He also ate small banana pieces and some applesauce. He kept all of that down. He seemed to feel better and was playing a little bit.

This morning, he woke up and said he was hungry and thirsty. I gave him a little bit of water. He drank about 1/4 of a cup, then almost immediately threw up. It looked like green mucus. I tried giving him phosphorus 30c, which he said maybe helped a little, but then he said he felt the same. I later tried ipecacuanha 30c, which didn't seem to help. He later vomited again the same green mucus looking stuff.

His face and lips look pale. He is not running a fever. He seems to feel terrible this morning. He says his throat feels greasy after he vomits.

Thanks!
Andrea
