help me ! beauty contest

hello friends,
iam a 20 year old girl,
i have these small pimples all over my face,
nd there are lways 4 -5 bigger red painful pimples on my cheeks
i have pretty features
my skin is oily in the t-zone
otherwise its dry
im participating in a college beauty contest
i got to have a clear complexion asap
please help me
i shall be grateful
i never had acne problem
also some remedy to get rid of those reddish pimple marks

do you eat spicy food or oily food a lot?

thanks a lot for looking into my case,

i do not eat spicy or oily food...except for once in while in parties

i do not have an acne problem and never had it in the past

i have never taken any internal medicine for pimples.

this problem is for quite some time now...say an year...its the same since then
