Dear Doctor need your advice..
I am 48 years old married man. Apparently I have no health issues, except that I work long hours(around 14 hours a day). But is suffering from PE & ED.Occasionally I have gastroenteritis problem, usually due to having dinner late at night.
Dear doctor please recommend the medicine for both immediate and lasting treatment.
Will either of Lycopodium 30 or Agentium Nitricum 30 work for me?

3. Sex : Male
4. Single/Married : Married
5. weight : 78Kg
6. Height: 5.9
7. country :
8. climate : Moderate
9. List of your complaints (actually you should list all the problems in your body and mind. )
(1) ED
(2) GERD (basically due to stress) but intensity and frequency has lately been reduced.
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
(1) ED: 2-3 years
(2) GERD: 7-8 years
11. Diabetic/Blood Pressure ? NO
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt: Desire for sweets mostly after taking meals
13. Thirst : Normal
14. Tongue and Taste : Slightly white coated. Taste if normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) : Normal mostly in the range of 120/80
15a. tell me about ...stool, urine, : Stool more towards semi solid. Frequency of bowel movement increases during work.
16. What exactly is happening?
(1) ED & (2) PE
17. How do you feel?
Thoughts about it makes the feeling even worst.
18. How does this affect you?
Effects the love live.
19. How does it feel like?
Feels depressed and incomplete
20. What comes to your mind?
Sense of failure.

Cannot recall

23. What sensation do you experience in that situation?
Fear of failure soon takes over, which contributes to cooling down emotions

Tried an Alternate Medicine for short period. Slightly and momentarily helped but did not provide permanent cure.
Started Lycopodium 30 (once a day) 5 days back. But not much of help so far.

Bit emotional. Emotions may momentarily take over the feelings.

Emotional/Aggrevational behavior has decreased with the passage of time.

Use of Nux Vomica 30 for one week brought positive impact on my digestive system. I do not feel so heavy after eating, especially after meals taken comparatively late at night.
However, problem with ED & PE has not fully cured.
Please advise if I need to continue the same medicine for another week.
One important point, there is some burning sensation after urination.

I have been taking Nux Vomica 30 for last two weeks in thrice a day doses (disolved in few drops of water). It has improved my digestion and gave some relieve to lethargic feeling that I get after long hours of work. However, there is hardly any improvement in ED, for which I am very much concerned, as it is affecting our private life. Sense of failure shortly takes over the emotions.
Please let me know if I need to change dose of Nux Vomica 30 or need to take some other medicine (may be at bedtime) to recover from ED.

Okay now stop nux and wait without any medicine for week, thereafter please take Yohimbenium-Q (10 drops morn and even for a week and see response about sex.

Reportedly this medicine has no bad affects on human body however, if you are patient of hypertention then please watch it while taking this medicine.

Yesterday I went to market to purchase Yohimbinum Q. The medicial store has given me YOHIMBINUM HYDROCHLORICUM Q=2X.

For last 5-6 days some rashes have started to appear on both of my lower legs that are very small. In the beginning they were very few, but are slow growing in numbers, which have irritation sensation. Could this be some reaction of Nux Vomica thatnI had been taking for last 2 weeks?
Is there any ointment/cream that I may apply to get the relief?

As advised I have used Yohimbinum Q for last one week; there are signs of improvement in ED. Please let me know if I have to continue its use.
During these days I feel heavy and slight nauseated after meals, which was subsided when I was taking Nux Vomica 30.
