Help Getting Liposuction

I know and have heard all the contorversatial thing about it and my heart goes out to the articals that i read on here about how they got messed up. I for one am chosing to go with it and have worked with this doctor in the past and loved the results and when i say hes one of the kidness carrying doctor u can be im not kidding.That being said I am have full truck lipo means front sides and back, also having one of the inplants in my face made small had checkbone inplants and having a jaw line added. I am 23, I am healthy dont touch drugs dont smoke dont drink a drop of alcohol, eat right and exercise but was wondering what can help me heal faster from all this what remedies should I take for the face and then the body any info on anything including past experices good or bad I would like to hear, hope to hear from someone thanks

If you wish to lose weight, you can do so with Nat Phos 6c (Biochemic) 2 tablets taken after lunch and dinner.

Use this remedy for a week and watch your weight go down at the rate of at least 1 pound per week or more if you are overweight. No coffee if you use it.

I do not recommend Liposuction however understanding and kind your surgeon is. Read the posts on this forum where some have virtually ended up mental wrecks due to the procedure.
