Anal fissure, lower left abdomen/buttock ache
I am a 54-year-old female who has multiple food sensitivities (dairy, soy, eggs, wheat) and especially chocolate. I have dev. a small 1/2 in. anal fissure after many years of on and off semi-diarrhea, like soft ice cream accompanied by the bowel urge to keep emptying. I need to lay down after bathroom to let rectum & intestine calm down. Chocolate, especially, irritates with some pimples in anal and, weirdly, on my nostrils. For a few weeks I've had lower left abdomen ache and left buttock ache with a heavy aching feeling. I first felt this 30 years ago after each of my 3 children were born. I am an anxious worrier who is trying to eat better. I've taken lachesis for hot flashes and am taking Traumeen for this fissure thing. I've read that a person shouldn't take multiple homeopathic medicines simultaneously. What do you suggest for me? Many, many thanks to you for sharing your knowledge.WogAriel on 2013-01-19

I truly need guidance. There are no homeopathic Drs. anywhere near my home. I have access to medicines, but not much guidance. Some say this or that for the same condition. I don't want to take ineffective doses due to ignorance. PLEASE HELP! I've seen some pretty goofy conversations on the forum & I guarantee I will stick to the point, give accurate info. and not ramble. HELP!

Please take three doses of Sulphur 200C as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
After 7 days if there is no change you may take Ruta 200 in the morning and evening for 2 days and see how that affects.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
If this doesn't work please take Thuja 200 and Nux Vomica 200 one by one in the same way.
