Blocked and Water in Right Ear

Dear Doctors
In my right EAR from last few days before, when I wakeup and feel the right ear is clocked but after sometime it opened but feeling water or liquid is inside though I have cleaned by cotton bud many times but still same feeling. Any suggestions PLEASE.
