Bone Bruise on Heel and Metatarsalgia

Hello,

I am a mid distance runner and have recently been experiencing pain upon pressing the bone on the outer edge of my left heel. Think it is because of gait imbalance and wearing worn out shoes or hormonal imbalances leading to bone density problems. It hurts to walk but not to run, but after running it is tender and I have throbbing pain. The doctor suspects a bone bruise and I have been going to see physio (ultrasound, laser, acupuncture and stretching). I have taken a week off running and it is a lot better. Have run a few times in which is is a little bit more tender about half an hour after. No longer hurts to press on the bone unless it is after walking or running. Also problem in the second metatarsal bone, hurts to rise up on toes and press on the bone but other than that its fine. Sorry for the long post, is there anything you would suggest to speed healing?
Thanks

Hi- Arnica is the remedy for injury or bruise.
Get some Arnica 30 c from the health store.Make
a dosing bottle by putting 4 pellets in a 500 ml
bottle of spring water- pour a little out before you put
the pills in then let dissolve. A capful is one dose.
After the first one hit the bottle hard against your
hand 10x to reactivate the remedy. You don't need
to refrigerate the bottle.

Take a dose morning and night till the foot is
healed up. Don't touch the pills, use the cap and
don't eat or drink half hour before or after. Abstain
from coffee while you are taking the remedy.

This is a great first aid remedy for any injury and heals
things fast if taken right away- it stops inflammation
and brings more blood into the area to heal it. It is
also in ointment - cream form, but the pills are
stronger.
