Tinnitus
I am 74 yrs diabetic nale and have been suffering from tinnitus for about 3 yrs. it was mild to start with but has grown very loud over the years. Have tried lots of home remedies and other medications like Gingko Biloba, , B12 supplements, alpha lipoic acid etc but nothing seemed to work. The noise is simply debilitating.
